Terms of use Adobe Campus

In addition to the "User Regulations for the Information Processing and Communication Infrastructure of the University of Kassel (IT User Regulations)", the following applies to the use of Adobe Campus:

• Data transfers via the Adobe Creative Cloud may take place outside the GDPR scope.

• The transfer of sensitive or personal data is prohibited and is at your own risk; the University of Kassel and IT Service Center are not liable for data protection violations.

• The privacy of third parties must be respected; harassing, defamatory or threatening content is prohibited.

• Adobe only offers most products as personal rental licenses (personal Adobe ID required).

• No usage data is transferred to Adobe for Enterprise and Education contracts, so individual data protection settings are not required.
