Arcinsys makes it possible to record access, research and order archive records and provides access to digitized data

As soon as the UniArchive receives documents from a department, access is created in the database and each file is recorded in an indexing unit with metadata. An order function is created via representations, which users can use to order the archive for the reading room.

• Authorizations for the individual tools are assigned by the Hessian State Archives in Marburg, which apply to the respective archive in which the employees work
