SAP Fiori apps are used to make company processes accessible in a user-friendly, mobile and role-based way. SAP Fiori is a modern user interface for SAP systems.
The Fiori apps are currently used for business trip management as well as vacation and absences. In the future, their use will be extended to the area of finance.

Employees can use the apps once they have been activated.

Responsibility

The responsibilities for the SAP Fiori apps are organized as follows: The specialist departments are responsible for content operation and access. CCHH Darmstadt is responsible for technical operation, while ITS and HeHRZ Darmstadt are responsible for technical operation.

SAP Fiori is a modern form of displaying SAP transactions in a web-based interface. Instead of the classic SAP GUI, the processes are displayed in user-friendly apps that can also be used on mobile devices.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the UniAccount (account name/password)
  • Internet access and modern browser for use within the Fiori portal
  • PDF, JPEG and PNG uploads for document verification
  • No further special software required, pure web application.

Account and login

Employees log in to the Fiori web portal(https://fiori.hehrz.de/fiori#Shell-home) with their account name and password. Authorization is granted by the specialist department.

Data protection and security

SAP Fiori apps ensure data protection and security through role-based access rights so that only authorized users can view or edit certain data. Login takes place via central authentication mechanisms and data transmission is encrypted.
