Procurement of end devices

We are pleased to announce that, as of November 1, 2023, we have entered into a framework agreement with Bechtle. This agreement covers the provision of PCs, laptops, docking stations, and monitors for our employees.

Please note that, in accordance with the terms of the contract, all orders must be placed exclusively through our WPS system (Web Procurement System). This ensures that all orders are processed smoothly and that the agreed-upon terms of the framework agreement are adhered to.

You can only log in to the WPS system if you have already completed the relevant training. You can find the training dates at https://veranstaltungen.uni-kassel.de. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department directly.

Departments supported by the IT Service Center (such as the University Administration) and those wishing to use a UKC (UniKasselClient) should order hardware using the appropriate procurement form. You can send the completed form to the IT Service Center via an email chain through your supervisor and, if applicable, also through the cost center manager, to the following email address: it-beschaffung[at]uni-kassel[dot]de

The available models and prices can be viewed under the“Offers” tab. Please note that this information is accessible exclusively to our Employees and requires a login.

If the basic model is not sufficient, the framework agreement also offers some options. These options, such as memory expansion or more hard disk space, can be found on the page of the device to be ordered in the lower half of the technical details under the Accessories tab. Here you can add the option to the shopping cart and order it.
