Procurement of end devices

We are pleased to inform you that we have concluded a framework agreement with Bechtle as of November 1, 2023. This contract covers the provision of PCs, notebooks, docking stations and monitors for our Employees.

Please note that according to the terms of the contract, all orders must be placed exclusively via our WPS system (Web Procurement System). This ensures that all orders are processed smoothly and that the agreed conditions of the framework agreement are adhered to.

Registration in the WPS system is only possible if you have already attended the relevant training course. Dates can be found at https://veranstaltungen.uni-kassel.de. If you have any queries, please contact the finance department directly.

Areas that are supported by the IT Service Center (e.g. the University Administration) and those that wish to use a UKC (UniKasselClient) order hardware using a corresponding procurement form. You can send the completed form to the IT Service Center by e-mail chain via the supervisor and, if necessary, additionally via the cost center manager to the following e-mail address: it-beschaffung[at]uni-kassel[dot]de

The available models and prices can be viewed under the"Offers" tab. Please note that this information is only accessible to our employees and requires a login.

If the basic model is not sufficient, the framework agreement also offers some options. These options, such as memory expansion or more hard disk space, can be found on the page of the device to be ordered in the lower half of the technical details under the Accessories tab. Here you can add the option to the shopping cart and order it.
