If you have problems connecting to eduroam, please first check whether it is a local error. To do this, contact the IT coordinator of the (specialist) department.

UniKasselClient users use the online form UKC PC/Notebook. All other users can contact our IT helpdesk. Please only fill out this form if a terminal device error can be ruled out. This will enable us to help you quickly and specifically.
