Deactivate ticket and appointment notifications

Note: Although the notifications are deactivated, they may still arrive by email occasionally. If necessary, these e-mails can be moved directly to the recycle bin using a mail rule, for example.

Click on your profile icon and then on "Personal settings".

Under "Notification settings", remove all or the desired checkmarks under "Ticket notification" and save the setting using the checkmark on the right-hand side.
In addition, appointment notifications can be deactivated by removing the corresponding checkmark and saving the setting.
