Inaugural lecture by Prof. Stefan Lechtenböhmer

The Faculties of Humanities and Cultural Studies and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kassel cordially invite you to the inaugural lectures of Prof. Dr. Horcea-Milcu, Prof. Dr. Lechtenböhmer and Prof. Dr. Pehnt on Thursday, 24.10.2024 at 4 p.m. in the Gießhaus, Mönchebergstraße 5, in Kassel.

Prof.Dr. Horcea-Milcu: "Transformative sustainability science leveraging sustainability transformation and human values"

Prof. Dr. Lechtenböhmer: "Future climate-neutral and circular basic industries - Transdisciplinary scenario analyses on the strategic combination of sustainability and industrial policy"

Prof. Dr. Pehnt: "The heat transition: A bridge between scientific long-term modeling and short-term policy instruments"

Following the inaugural lectures, the lecturers invite you to join them for a drink in the Humanities and Cultural Studies building, Kurt-Wolters-Str. 5, foyer in the basement.

The inaugural lectures are the prelude to the workshop "Transformative science-society relationships using the example of the energy transition"which will continue on 25.10.2024 from 9 am to 4 pm in the Neue Denkerei, Friedrichsstraße 28, 34117 Kassel.
