•Industry-certified proof issued by the Innovation Center for Plastics Engineering (Innovationszentrum Kunststofftechnik e.V.)

What are the requirements?

  • 1. Completed lectures and lab courses 
    in the Plastics Engineering department totaling at least 30 ECTS credits and passed the corresponding exams (credits from the bachelor’s program may be applied)
  • 2.  Participated in three field trips to plastics engineering companies 
    as part of the lectures, thereby gaining insight into industrial practice
  • 3. Successfully completed a master’s thesis in the Plastics Engineering department

How do I apply for the certificate?

  • Submit proof of passing the exams, participation in the field trips, and completion of the master’s thesis to the department office of the Plastics Engineering Division.
  • Once the requirements have been met, the certificate will be issued, signed by the board of directors of the Innovation Center, and then presented at a ceremony.
