Certificate in Plastics Engineering

•In addition to the master’s degree, this certificate serves as proof that the student specialized in plastics engineering during their studies

•This makes graduates more visible and competitive when applying to universities or colleges where plastics engineering is explicitly offered as a field of study

•Industry-certified proof issued by the Innovation Center for Plastics Engineering (Innovationszentrum Kunststofftechnik e.V.)

• 1. Completed lectures and lab courses 
  in the Plastics Engineering department totaling at least 30 ECTS credits and passed the corresponding exams (credits from the bachelor’s program may be applied)
• 2.  Participated in three field trips to plastics engineering companies 
  as part of the lectures, thereby gaining insight into industrial practice
• 3. Successfully completed a master’s thesis in the Plastics Engineering department 

• Submit proof of passing the exams, participation in the field trips, and completion of the master’s thesis to the department office of the Plastics Engineering Division.
• Once the requirements have been met, the certificate will be issued, signed by the board of directors of the Innovation Center, and then presented at a ceremony.
