Closing times of the University Library at the turn of the year

The University Library will be closed over the Christmas holidays and the turn of the year.

The last day of opening this year is Tuesday, December 23.

The library locations are open as follows:

In the new year, the University Library will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026. Restricted hours apply up to and including January 9, 2026:

From January 12, the library locations will be open again at the regular times.

Please note: As of January, the service counter hours at the Witzenhausen and Wilhelmshöher Allee locations will change. Access with Open Library will remain unchanged (Witzenhausen: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Wilhelmshöher Allee: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.).
