Brownbag-Seminar „How can we protect language data and why is this important?“ with Dr. Paula Helm

Information technology design must systematically take into account the socio-technical character of contemporary information systems. To this end, the ITeG aims to systematically integrate different disciplinary expertise. The research disciplines represented at the ITeG have such expertise: sophisticated procedural knowledge, methods and methodologies for analysing and designing socio-technical information technology systems.
In the summer semester 2024, the ITeG will continue the brown-bag seminars on the topic of "Challenges, methods and models in socio-technical IT design" primarily as a series of guest lectures. The seminars will usually take place on the first Tuesday of the month from 12-13 pm in a hybrid format.

Dr. Paula Helm is a Research Fellow at the Research Center for Information System Design, the Research Unit Sociological Theory and the Graduate College „Privacy and Trust for Mobile Users“. Paula will give a talk on ethical complexity and IT design.

The seminars will usually take place on the first Tuesday of the month from 12-13 pm in a hybrid format.
