Introductory Events

Please note that it is highly recommended that you arrive in Kassel before the start of the semester to participate in the introductory events.

• The first introductory event is the Pre-Arrival Online Welcome Week from Monday, March 9th, 2026 to Thursday, March 12th, 2026, held via Zoom.
• The Welcome Week at University of Kassel takes place from Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 to Saturday, April 11th, 2026.
• The ECE Introductory Meeting to welcome the new students and introduce the Master's degree program will be held on Monday, April 20th, 2026, 10 am to 12 pm, in room 1328 Wilhelmshöher Allee 73, D-34121 Kassel.
• The ECE Lunch for newcomers will be on Monday, April 20th, 2026, at 12:30 pm to 2 pm, in room 1328, Wilhelmshöher Allee 73, D-34121 Kassel.
