Components of the overall event

The lecture includes the following components:

• 14 lecture sessions (each Tuesday at 08:15)
• a paper version of the slides used
• bi-weekly exercises: you must register for the exercises in HIS
• the soldering pool: the soldering pool takes place directly at the beginning of the semester and you must register for an appointment on lists
• 4 wrap-ups: voluntary evening events (6-8 p.m.) in which contexts and practical references (specific questions) are dealt with interactively
• Additional tutorial: a student tutorial in which questions about the material and exercises can be asked
• weekly short assignments during part of the lecture
• this website with subpages (see menu on the left)
• a Moodle course
• mock exams (in the gray room)

• the recommended literature: the lecture uses an English textbook

In the Moodle course you will find:

• the message and discussion forum
• Work documents: Exercise sheets and sample solutions for the group exercises and notes on preparing for the exam
• Additional documents and tips on how to use them
• Links to useful software: a logic simulator (external link) and our CLB simulator
• Instructions for working with books and following a lecture
