Force control in an “e-Rowboat”

The e-Rowboat combines the features of an mechanically driven rowboat with those of an electrically operated boat in order to compensate volatility of power from muscular strength by an electric motor. Several Bachelor's and Master's theses will be focusing on developing the powertrain and control system of an e-Rowboat. The project comprises the construction of a measuring station for the measurement of the generator-gear-units, the development of the power electronics, as well as the development of a higher-level operational management.
