The Studienkolleg, as part of the International Study Centre of the University of Kassel, prepares applicants with foreign educational certificates for studies at German universities.
The preparation takes place in focus courses and is geared towards the subject that the applicants wish to study.
At the end of a course, an examination is taken to determine whether the Studienkolleg students qualify for university studies in Germany (Feststellungsprüfung). This examination is obligatory.
Whilst at the Studienkolleg, students are enrolled at the University of Kassel.
