Dear students,
The Service Point is a student advisory service and a service of the Department of Social Work and Social Welfare
We help with the priority-based allocation of courses, allocate free seminar places, make rebookings and cancellations, and take corrective action in the event of incorrect bookings. During the introductory week, we provide information on the booking procedure. In addition, we support you in registering for courses and exams - not only in our office hours, but also in our regular information events.
In addition to this technical support, we are also the contact point for all your questions concerning the study of social work. We advise at eye level - advice from students for students.
For all other questions and problems that we cannot answer or solve, we will refer you to the right contact person.
