Bachelor theses in the section of Social Law related to Rehabilitation and Disability Law

The section supervises bachelor theses in the Bachelor of Social Work program.
Theses for which the section provides the initial supervision should have a legal reference. Scientific methods of the social sciences can also be applied in them. Thus, legal norms relevant to social work can be dealt with in the context of their practical implementation.
Topics can be proposed from the entire field of social law - except child and youth welfare - preferably with a focus on health care, nursing care or rehabilitation and participation of disabled people. Topics from occupational and facility law can also be considered from the field of health law. In the field of the law of disabled persons, questions from the law of care and the law of equality for disabled persons can be dealt with. In addition, topics relating to fundamental and human rights and to legislation, administration and self-administration are also welcome.
Upon request, the department will be happy to provide concrete suggestions for topics. Own suggestions can be made at any time. For this purpose, an outline (1-3 pages) of the research question, sources and methods, and the outline is desired. We attach importance to linguistic correctness and comprehensible expression, and work with scientific sources is a prerequisite.
