Integration of refugees into the education system and the world of work

Parallel to offering language courses, care must be taken to ensure  that child and adolescent refugees are prepared for the German education system and that adult refugees are given access to the world of work or to university studies. For the targeted and successful implementation of integration, the use of trained personnel with professionally developed intercultural skills is essential.
