Integration of refugees into the education system and the world of work

In addition to offering language courses, it must be ensured that child and adolescent refugees are prepared for the German education system and that adult refugees are given access to the world of work or university studies. The deployment of trained specialist staff with professionally developed intercultural skills is essential for the targeted and successful implementation of integration.
