Expert Council Orientation Days - Overview

Dear first-year students.

Hello, hello, dear first-year sports students,
We hope you’re just as excited about Freshman Orientation as we are! To help you know what to expect, here’s the most important information:

You can find an overview of all the dates on the Sports Institute’s website. On October 13, 26 and October 14, 26, the instructors will hold welcome sessions where they’ll explain how to sign up for sports classes for the upcoming semester. Be sure to attend one of these sessions!
You’ll also find a QR code there that you can use to join the Sports Freshman WhatsApp group. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us on Instagram or by email.

We look forward to unforgettable orientation days with you!
Sporting regards
Your Sports Student Council

Wednesday (October 7, 2026)

We’ll start on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the Sports Institute. There, we’ll get to know each other in one way or another throughout the afternoon until around 7:45 p.m. Please bring workout clothes as well as weather-appropriate clothing. In the evening, we’ll head over to the Lolita Bar together. Doors open at 9:30 p.m., so you’ll have some time beforehand to grab a bite to eat or freshen up. We’ll give you wristbands for free admission in advance.

Thursday, October 8, 2026

On Thursday, we’ll jump right back into the action—after a good night’s sleep, we’ll meet at 2:00 p.m. at the Sports Institute to start the next activity right away. Please bring athletic wear, weather-appropriate clothing, and €5. This will help cover part of the costs. We’ll spend the evening together at the Sports Institute, where food will also be provided. Afterward, you’ll have the option to spend the night in the gym—please bring your sleeping gear for this.

Friday, October 9, 2026

After two exciting days, we’ll wrap up the morning with breakfast together until around 10:00 a.m. Anyone who didn’t spend the night with us in the hall is also welcome to join us.
