The Institute of Sport and Sport Science presents its new logo.

As of June 16, the Institute of Sport and Sport Science (IfSS) has a new institute logo. The design, created by graphic designer Franka Eckart, is timeless and clear and remains in the viewer's memory without imposing itself.

The implied column diagram in the form of a half-open stadium highlights science and sport as the central themes of the IfSS in the new logo.
The overlapping and interlocking of the pillars also symbolizes the close connection between theory and practice in teaching at the IfSS.
The transparency of the rising pillars stands for openness, dynamism and the constant development of the institute.
