Final Steps SS 2010

The dance and gymnastics examination was eagerly awaited and took place in front of an interested audience. In the summer semester, the sports students at the University of Kassel once again developed their own dance and movement theater pieces in a variety of ways and presented them as part of a full-length program.

The students' works on this evening were characterized in particular by the versatility of the chosen themes. Some choreographies were shown on topics such as fear, violence and loneliness. However, comical, spirited or sensitive group choreographies also enchanted those interested in dance ? Alice in Wonderland, but also the ageing Batman or the 'vuvuzela mania' could be admired in dance creations.

This performance was also a special experience for the students this semester. The joy of all participants in sharing their creative processes with an audience with a convincing presence rounded off the evening as a successful and successful examination.
