Kassel's urban climate measurement network KUCON is now fully operational. With the installation of the last two stations, a total of 21 measuring stations are now distributed throughout the city.

With the installation of the last station, all sensors in the KUCON urban climate measurement network are now in operation and provide data on air temperature, humidity and precipitation as well as wind direction, wind speed and lightning strikes.
