Europäische Grenzregionen und grenzüberschreitende kulturelle Netzwerke

Raumplanung in Räumen kultureller Vernetzung

Das Forschungsprojekt vereint drei Themen: grenzüberschreitende Regionalentwicklung, grenzüberschreitende kulturelle Netzwerke sowie regionale Gemeinschaften. Die Kombination dieser drei Bereiche ist in der Literatur unterrepräsentiert. Die Existenz unterschiedlicher Grenzgemeinschaften hat Auswirkungen auf die regionale Entwicklung in Grenzregionen. Den grenzüberschreitenden Regionen liegen unterschiedliche Kulturen mit einem hohen Maß an Gemeinsamkeiten und interaktiven kulturellen Netzwerken zugrunde.

Die Ziele des Projektes sind:

  • die Analyse kultureller Netzwerke grenzüberschreitender Gemeinschaften und
  • die Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Regionalentwicklung in komplexen Grenzregionen.
