From May to August, Dr. Christoph Peters was invited by Dr. Mohamed Zaki to be a Visiting Research Fellow at the Cambridge Service Alliance(CSA) at the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge, UK.

During this time, he worked with Dr. Zaki on topics related to modular service structures and customer journeys for services based on both human and artificial intelligence. Initial concepts for this have already been incorporated into a joint working paper .
