On Wednesday, February 6, 2019, a trial lecture by Dr. Ulrich Bretschneider from the Department of Information Systems(Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister) took place at the Department of Economics at the University of Kassel. Dr. Bretschneider, who is currently on leave from the department to hold substitute professorships at the Universities of Siegen and Witten-Herdecke, had chosen "Crowdsourcing in Customer Service: Explorative Investigation of a New Phenomenon of Entrepreneurial Value Creation" as the title of his lecture. The content of this lecture, which was open to the public, was about new forms of work organization using crowdsourcing from the perspective of companies. After his lecture, Dr. Bretschneider was available for questions and discussion with the members of the habilitation committee of the Department 7 of Economics.
