In our research project "Hybrid Intelligence Service Support(HISS)" we are working on the development and research of digital service systems that improve business IT services through the use of hybrid intelligence (AI+human).

About the project

The HISS project was launched in April 2020 and is characterized by the fact that it uses state-of-the-art AI technology to shape the service support of tomorrow - employees are empowered and the solutions are designed with the user in mind.

How do we work?

As a project manager, you will work in a scrum team with relevant end users and other stakeholders. As a Product Owner, you will explore new approaches to artificial intelligence (AI) in service support in an agile setting together with leading companies. You will also work with highly motivated experts and developers to implement your concepts!

What convinces us:

• Degree in business informatics / business sciences /
  engineering / computer science or related disciplines with at least good grades
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with and deepen your knowledge of new technologies Ideally skills in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Strong social and communication skills, initiative, high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team, very good organizational skills
• Support in teaching at the Department of Business Informatics and assumption of departmental tasks
• Very good knowledge of German and English
