Master in Business Education

The following admission requirements must be met for lateral entry to the Master's in Business Education (see § 6 of the current examination regulations):

• Degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Education (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Economics)
• At least two years of professional experience in the commercial-administrative field following the completed degree course
• Previous pedagogical knowledge in theory and practice (school internships, university pedagogy seminars, further training, extracurricular activities...)

Career changers with a degree in business administration generally receive requirements amounting to 60 credits. These include the Pedagogy modules 2, 4, 10 (practical school studies), Business Didactics 1 and all modules from the chosen second subject from the Bachelor's degree in Business Education (34 credits).

Students of the Bachelor's degree program in Business Education can bring forward certain modules from the Master's degree program if they have earned 135 credits. These credits must be applied for at the Examination Office.
