We congratulate Jana Dietrich on winning the 1st Poster Prize at the CINSaT Fall Colloquium. The design and presentation of her poster entitled "On-Surface Synthesis of a 2D Enantiomerically Disordered Crystal via Geometric Frustration and Chiral Building Blocks" convinced the jury.

Jana's poster emerged from her Bachelor's thesis entitled "Investigation of the self-assembly of prochiral molecules on the Au(111) surface for the synthesis of two-dimensional organometallic networks" , which she wrote under the supervision of Nico Kubetschek in the Surface Physics group. The bachelor thesis itself was also convincing and was awarded the "CINSaT prize for excellent theses" by the CINSaT board.
