2008 GnulogY

The aim of the EXIST-funded project gnulogy is to develop and market a thin-client-based IT infrastructure for research and educational institutions in the agricultural sector. A specially designed computer cluster provides the required computing power in an energy-efficient manner. The implementation is done exclusively with free software. The three team members are graduates of the Department of Ecological Agricultural Sciences.
