Activation of a BBB license via identity management

You only need a BBB license as the organizer ("host") of a video conference.
The invited participants can join without registering via the link provided by the organizer.
Exception: If the organizers require authentication for participation in the meeting, a BBB account is also required.

First call up the Identity Management (IDM ).

Please log in with your UniAccount <ukxxxxxxxx> and the corresponding password.

Once you have successfully logged in, please click on the "Request access" tab and then scroll down to the "Services" area.

Here, please click on the "Manage access to BBB" tile.

You will then be asked to accept the terms of use for BigBlueButton.

To do this, click on "Send".

Your account has now been activated for access to BBB. You can now use the BBB service to carry out online teaching and video communication.
