Group entitle

As an area administrator, you can authorize existing Confluence groups for your area. To do this, follow these steps.

First log in to Confluence with your UniAccount <ukxxxxxx> and the corresponding password and navigate to your area.

At the bottom left, please select "Configure area" and then "Permissions".

In the "Groups" area, click on "Edit permissions". There you can search for existing Confluence groups using the magnifying glass icon and select the desired group by clicking "Add".

Now define which specific authorizations the members of the added group should receive. Finally, save all settings by clicking on "Save all" at the bottom.

In order for groups to be displayed in Confluence, a request via ticket is required. Division administrators can then authorize and add the released groups.
