eCampus transition complete; follow-up work is underway

The transition to eCampus has been completed. With the introduction of the new system, the technical infrastructure of eCampus has been updated and brought into compliance with current legal requirements. This creates the necessary conditions for planning and implementing further digitization initiatives, integration with the learning management system, and many other projects in the area of teaching over the long term.

The eCampus is in productive use but has not yet been fully rolled out across all areas. The focus is currently on three parallel tracks: the technical stabilization of the system, the structured handling of prioritized academic and technical follow-up tasks, and ensuring that ongoing daily operational tasks are addressed. Since not all outstanding issues can be addressed simultaneously, work is consistently carried out based on priority, impact on operations, and available capacity. Managers and faculty can rest assured that critical functions will take precedence.

The following topics are currently top priorities and are being actively addressed.

1. Teacher education programs
Mapping of teacher education programs for registration for the first state examination.

2. Migration of additional data
Structured process for migrating additional program and grade data.

3. Multiple degree programs
Transcript printing and grade transfers for students enrolled in multiple degree programs.

4. Exam Registration in Modules
Define prerequisites for exam registration within modules.

5. Key Competencies
Mapping in the system and integration into degree programs.
