Change personal and general data
Have your personal details (name, address, telephone, etc.) changed? Would you like to apply for a semester off, view your certificate of enrollment or check whether your semester fee has been booked correctly?
If so, you can make the change directly online: Menu > My studies > Student services or the menu item Student Services via the search bar.
"My degree programs": Here you can see the degree programs in which you are enrolled as well as the respective semester.
"CampusCard picture": Here you can upload a picture for the CampusCard.
"Contact details": You can change your contact details here. Please note that in some cases, such as a change of surname due to marriage, you will need to fill out a change notification.
"Payments": Here you can view the actual and target status of your semester fees.
"Notifications/Certificates": Here you have access to your study progress certificate, your enrollment certificate and the certificate for the tax office.
"Leave of absence": Here you can apply for a semester of leave of absence from the Student Secretariat.
"Exmatriculation": Here you can apply for de-registration.
"Notification of change": Here you can send a notification of change to the Registrar's Office.
Re-registration for the following semester
The time has come: Would you like to re-register for the next semester?
The University of Kassel sends an email to students very early on as soon as payments for the new semester are activated. In this email you will also find all the information you need (bank details, semester fee amount, etc.).

If you have successfully re-registered for the next semester, you will find all the relevant notifications here: Menu > My studies > Student services.
After successful re-registration, you will be notified in the Student Services section will also display a banner informing you of your re-registration.
