Room reservation

The existing computer pools in the IT Service Center can be used for IT courses of all kinds, with a large number of computers and a wide range of software available. In order to use the rooms for an event, they must be reserved in advance. The room booking process is explained in detail below.

Room reservation with HIS

Reservations for computer pools are managed centrally via the HIS software (University Information System), but can only be entered by certain people.

There are HIS contact persons in each department who are authorized to enter a room reservation.

You can find out who this is in your department in the online directory of people and events.

Here you will find the person "contact person" in each department/institute. The comment indicates who is currently responsible for this task.
