Semester changeover in LSF / course catalog
The course catalog (LSF) is changed on 1.3. (summer semester) / 1.9. (winter semester). This means that the courses are visible from this date. If the 1st of the respective month falls on a non-working day, the activation date is the following working day.
Semester changeover in QISPOS / Examination administration
The course catalog and examination registration have points of contact, but are separate databases and are activated separately. The current semester must be activated in the examination administration. This affects the QIS interface for students and lecturers as well as the POS interface used by the examination offices.
