Registration

ESS is accessed via the browser. A valid HCM account that is authorized for ESS is required.

Application

You can apply for an ESS account via the Human Resources and Organization Department. Here it is necessary to complete the forms "ESS user registration and ESS data protection declaration". Information on this can be found on the Human Resources website.
