Request service telephone

Employees of the University of Kassel can easily apply for their business telephone using the following online form: Application for telephony service.

Installation and connection

After successful application, the telephone will be delivered and connected by our employees. If you would like to connect the phone yourself, please follow these steps:

  1. Connect the phone:
    • Connect the phone with the Ethernet/Lan cable and plug the other end into the network socket at your workstation.
  2. Configure the phone:
    • Once the phone is connected, it is automatically configured and is usually ready for use immediately.
    • Other configurations can be made via the web interfaces fortelephone/voicemail web interfaces.

If you have difficulties logging in to the web interfaces for telephone and voicemail after applying, please contact us via our ticket system. Enter your name and UniAccount <ukxxxxx> and ask for activation.
