FAQ

The application for group membership can vary depending on the service.

To gain access to Microsoft Office, for example, it is necessary to request access via identity management.

If necessary, please refer to the information pages of the respective service.

For other groups, membership is assigned by the respective administrator via identity management. Further information on this can be found above under "Group management".

If you have any questions or require assistance with your application, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please contact our IT service desk.

Only employees and student assistants can request or manage a group.

All other persons are therefore not shown the tile for requesting and managing groups.

If the error message "Value does not match the mask" appears, the group name entered contains characters that do not match the specifications. Please note that the group name must not contain capital letters. After correction, the group can be requested.
