Record new telephone ticket
A new telephone ticket is an incoming ticket that can be recorded in the name of another person, for example.
Fill in the "Customer user:" field according to a UniAccount or an external e-mail address.
In the "To Queue:" field, select the queue in which the ticket should appear.
Then fill in the subject and the text accordingly. It is possible to add an attachment via upload using the button or via drag'n'drop.
Finally, send the ticket by clicking on "Submit".
The ticket is then displayed in the "View by queue".
