Our colloquium for doctoral students at Cologne-Bonn Airport combines the beautiful with the useful: Over the course of two days, we had intensive discussions about research questions, theory building and empirical research designs.

Our host Björn Werner, Timo Braun, Jose Arroyo Portillo, Amin Esfahani, Joana Gerstle, Thomas Maximilian Gloss, Luisa Habbel, Vincent Lächelt and Antje Schäfer were also on board for the visit to the Zero-G Airbus designed for parabolic flights, our airport tour and the visit to Cologne's old town.

In terms of content, we cover a wide range of doctoral topics in this round, including agile methods in connection with the development of digital twins, stakeholder management in construction projects, sustainability-oriented individual behavior in projects, mechanisms of goal setting in projects, as well as the role of nudging in dealing with tensions that arise in the course of sustainability orientation in projects.
