We study projects as a form of temporary organization and as a vehicle for innovation, change, and inter-organizational cooperation. Inspired by challenges in business practice, we combine basic research at the intersections of project management, organizational and behavioral research, and innovation and technology management with practical solutions.

Our work focuses on three main areas— projects and innovation, transformation, and cooperation —and is primarily conducted within interdisciplinary and international research networks.
