Around 180 students from around 25 degree courses took part in the interdisciplinary semester kick-off of the department to find out about the modules on offer. Among them were students on the new "Sustainability Sciences" course for the first time.

The range of courses includes:

1. project management 1 VL - introduction and basics (PM 1 VL, 3 CP)

• Understanding how projects work: Structuring, planning and successfully managing projects from the idea to the result.
• Gain insight into methods: From network planning techniques to risk analysis and agile project management.
• Thinking outside the box: Recognizing how project management enables innovation, digital transformation and cooperation across company boundaries.

• Testing, applying and reflecting on PM methods

3 Research Methods and Analytics in Project Studies (RMA / 6 CP)

• Focus on scientific-analytical working methods and empirical methods
• In German, with English-language sessions where necessary

• Block course consisting of individual sessions
• Focus on typical team and leadership situations as they occur in business practice
• High practical relevance, development of own skills as a future manager

5 Cases & Debates in Project Management & Transformation (C&D, 3 CP)

• In-depth study of a self-chosen topic related to one of our teaching modules: Independent work on a scientifically sound term paper with a high degree of topicality.
