Long Nights of Writing: Campus Library Open Until Midnight

During the writing and exam period, the Kassel University Library will offer extended hours at the Campus Library on three Thursdays. On July 9, 16, and 23, 2026, the “Long Study Evenings” will take place: On these days, the library will be open until midnight—two hours longer than usual.

This initiative is aimed at anyone who needs a quiet and productive place to study during exam weeks. The additional evening hours can be used for writing term papers, preparing for exams, or focused study. Study spaces, group rooms, and the entire collection of resources will be available until midnight.
