Equal Opportunities at the University

The University of Kassel has integrated equality into its instruments for quality assurance and governance. It has strengthened its focus on equal opportunities by defining it as a strategic management task. Equal opportunities are part of the target agreement between the University of Kassel and the Hessian Ministry of Science and Arts for the years 2016 to 2020, and feature in both the University of Kassel’s mission statement and in the University of Kassel’s development plan for the years 2020 to 2024.
