Women are still underrepresented in the MINT subjects (MINT= mathematics, computer science, natural science and technology). Centralized and decentralized offerings at the University of Kassel, such as networking opportunities, career support for women, and equality-oriented promotion of young scientists, contribute to increase equal opportunities for women in science.
