Praxis³ aims to harmonize your perspectives and experiences in the internship with those of your school and university supervisors with a view to your goals.

The program combines two elements:

1. goals:

In Praxis³, you set goals for the internship that you would like to achieve or develop during your time at school. Over the course of the internship, you will revise your goals. To do this, you will have discussions with your supervisors (mentor at the school and university supervisor).

The process is managed via the Praxis³ ePortfolio in Mahara. This is where you enter your goals and reflections and always know what you should do next.

The Praxis³ portfolio is integrated into the portfolio that you keep in the accompanying seminar. This allows you to work on the content of Praxis³ directly in your portfolio.

2. self-assessment and external assessment:

At the end of each practical phase, you will complete a questionnaire on skills that are important for the teaching profession. The people accompanying you will also complete this questionnaire so that you receive a clear overview from three perspectives. This will allow you to better assess what you are good at and what you could work on next.

Please talk to the people accompanying you so that they are aware that you are using this tool and can plan for the assessment!

The self-assessments and external assessments are carried out on a separate website. You register on this site with your uk number and then receive all the links to the questionnaires by email.
