The process can only be started by students. After entering the data, they will receive an e-mail to their University of Kassel e-mail address. More information on how to retrieve this can be found on the ITS website.

For students: Please contact us at praxis3[at]uni-kassel[dot]de with your uk number.
Alternatively, you can also request a new email at https://praxis-3-uni-kassel.de by simply filling out the start page again. But please note: This will invalidate the previous links and you will have to resend them to your supervisors!

For supervisors: Please ask the student. She/he manages the links to the questionnaires herself/himself.

For students: In the e-mail you also received a link to the evaluation. There you can now view, save and/or print out all self-assessments and external assessments in a joint presentation. It is best to make them available to your supervisors (mentor, university supervisor) before the reflection meetings. You can, for example, send it as a pdf by email or upload it to your ePortfolio and share the page with your supervisors.

For supervisors: The provision of the collected assessments is in the hands of the students. They decide for themselves what they make available to you and when. Talk to them about it!

This is probably because a student has requested access several times and the links are no longer up to date.
Background: The links are automatically provided with random encryption to protect them from unauthorized access. Each time a new link is requested, the previous links lose their validity.

Solution for students: Please contact us at praxis3[at]uni-kassel[dot]de, stating your uk number.
Alternatively, you can also request a new e-mail at https://praxis-3-uni-kassel.de by simply filling out the start page again. Then send the links you receive afterwards to your supervisors.

Solution for supervisors: Please contact your student and ask him/her to check whether you have received the latest link.

For several years now, the handbook for the implementation of the curriculum for the support of students in their school internships has been available for the content design of the accompanying seminars in the practical phases. This handbook contains key content and introductions as well as practical examples and material and further reading.
Since 2022, this handbook has also been available as an OpenMoodle course so that supervisors outside the University of Kassel can also access it.

You can also keep an eye on ongoing developments - not only in Praxis³.

The invitation to the external assessment will be sent to you directly by your intern. If this has not happened, please contact him/her directly.

The reflection points are guidelines and, to a certain extent, an ideal. Of course, there are often deviations in actual practice.
It is not a problem if you postpone the reflection points slightly, e.g. do not carry out reflection point B at the end of the block phase but at the beginning of the long phase. Praxis³ is an offer and is intended to support you in your work. How exactly you implement it is up to you.
