Nina Cassebaum is studying music and French to become a secondary school teacher. She works as a student assistant in Historical Musicology and Musica Practica at the Institute of Music at the University of Kassel. From March 2026, she will support the Historical Musicology team in research and teaching.

As part of a scholarship program of the DAAD and the French Embassy in Berlin, she spent a semester abroad at the Université de Lille in 2024 and then completed further training to become a Campus France correspondent.
