  • 1999 - 2004, study of sports science (diploma) with focus on movement and performance at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena
  • End of 2004, diploma thesis on "Comparative analysis of the sprint technical ability of athletes of different age groups (C/D squad) in the discipline sprint running (short sprint)".
  • 2004 - 2005, employment as health advisor / prevention specialist in the AOK Thuringia
  • 2005 - 2006, company BOS Erfurt head of a movement laboratory for running analysis
  • 2006 - 2009, scientific assistant in the department 03 "Training and Exercise" of the Institute for Sport and Sport Science at the University of Kassel
  • since the year 2009, acad. study councilor at the Institute for Sport and Sport Science Kassel.
