Completed internal university projects

The project is dedicated to the work and study situation of people at the University of Kassel who position themselves outside the two-gender order. The aim of the project is to do justice to the current considerations and demands regarding the 'third gender entry' and to reduce the potential for discrimination at the University of Kassel. The aim of the project was a) to promote a critical discussion on the 'third gender entry' within the University of Kassel; b) to record the potential for discrimination at the University of Kassel; c) and to consider necessary structural and technical changes based on the 'third gender entry'.

The project is dedicated to the gender equality policy question of why, despite gender equality policy measures at the various university levels, women are 'lost' in the doctoral phase ("leaky pipeline") and what measures need to be taken to counteract the dwindling of women in the doctoral phase.
