Aleksandra Draganic is a program coordinator for the MA programme Labour Policies and Globalisation at the University of Kassel

Aleksandra Draganic is a political scientist and a researcher based at the University of Kassel, Germany. She holds an MA degree in Global Political Economy from the University of Kassel, Germany and a BA degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade, Serbia. She works as a Programme Coordinator for the MA programme Labour Policies and Globalisation at the University of Kassel. Prior to this experience, she was engaged at the International Center for Development and Decent Work (ICDD) in a GIZ-funded project that aims to develop training materials for mid-level managers in the Bangladeshi garment industry, as well as in development of e-learning materials for the ICDD Graduate School.

Her academic interests include post-socialist welfare states, industrial relations, gender equality and sustainable development of the garment industry.
